Rabasotho Combined School currently enrolls over a thousand learners from Grade R – Grade 12 in the Diepsloot community. The school is registered and accredited by the Department of Education. While our school is open to all persons irrespective of their race, our school learners consist entirely of black African children representing the demographic of the community we serve.
The community of Diepsloot is an informal settlement mainly home to black Africans, with challenges of poverty, child-headed household’s, high crimes and vandalism.
The school creates a safe environment for the learners, even though the community environments to which the learners are exposed to may not be conducive because of high drug use, gang activity and violence.
Rabasotho Combined School strives to be the provider of excellent education to those who were previously marginalized.
Through exposing learners to quality programmes and resources to stimulate their learning and boost their confidence. So that they can take pride in making a productive contribution to their own country and be global players.
Integrity, Tolerance and respect.
